Lead Career-level Professional.  Applies in-depth professional-level knowledge to independently solve a full range of complex problems. Serves as trusted 'go to' person by management. Typically has a Bachelors degree, and 6 - 8 years of experience, or equivalent relevant work experience; e.g., each year of work experience may be substituted for each year of education required.
